What I do…

 

  • It all begins with an audit. This is to see where you are and what needs to improve. I’ll comb through your account checking for hidden opportunities and any problems and create a big old slideshow to outline what they are.

  • With the results of the audit, I’ll create a strategy that maximises your sales + entertains your customers while smashing your goals. Trust me, I’m good at this part.

  • When we’ve signed off on the strat side I’ll get to work, roll up my sleeves and start designing + writing some juicy email flows.

  • If you need anything integrated, or it’s telling you to add code to your footer.liquid files but you don’t have a clue where to paste it, I got you! I can do all that with a smile.

  • In other words, I press the big green button and watch it all go. The key here is watch. I’m very watchful of all the flows I create as if they are my own children, I need to see them perform.

I design in Photoshop and make sure emails are as pretty as they can be without sacrificing functionality (we’re talking easy to use buttons and no email clipping)

I give tonnes of unwanted advice (which is usually gold) because I've been doing this for almost a decade.
